Loutsiana Hotel Apartments ****

A small family-run business that consists of 60 apartments (1 and 2 bedroom, studios and private villas) found on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, 300 meters from the beach and only 5 minutes walk from the nearest shops, restaurants and 5 minutes drive from the center of Ayia Napa.

Quiet location ideal for couples and families. A large swimming pool in green gardens, equipped with jacuzzi.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas only and costs CYP 1.94 per hour .

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on streets nearby.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Swimming pool, children`s pool, restaurant, tennis courts, playground, supermarket, poolside bar, snack bar and 24hr reception with safety deposit boxes, available to hire. There is also a sauna and launderette (both payable locally). Weekly entertainment includes Cyprus nights or barbecues.

Location: 5 minutes from Agia Napa Square

The main attraction of this lively resort is without doubt its lovely golden beaches. The most famous being Nissi beach with its beautiful white sand and crystal clear waters. Other beaches in the area include Grecian Bay and Macronissos Beach, both of which are equally inviting for sun worshippers.

The Loutsiana complex is a family-run accommodation in lively Ayia Napa. Situated only 300 metres from the Makronissos beach. The Loutsiana complex is 4 kms from the resort centre. However a selection of bars, shops and restaurants can be found within a radius of 300 metres.
