A small family-run business that consists of 60 apartments (1 and 2 bedroom, studios and private villas) found on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, 300 meters from the beach and only 5 minutes walk from the nearest shops, restaurants and 5 minutes drive from the center of Ayia Napa.

Quiet location ideal for couples and families. A large swimming pool in green gardens, equipped with jacuzzi.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
