These newly constructed villas are beautifully situated in privileged positions amidst lovely areas, featuring incredible panoramic views of the sea and or mountains, providing a wonderful picturesque setting in which to enjoy your holiday.

The villas comprise of rooms that house between one and 5 bedrooms, including modern conveniences such as a satellite TV, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, chimney and their own private pool.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child from 0 to 2 years is charged EUR 5.00 per night in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
