El Toral Susierra **Based at the foot of the Picos de Europa National Park, the hotel is situated within an oasis of tranquility, ideal for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The 16-room hotel is located just 2 km away from the picturesque town of Cangas de Onís and offers the chance to experience a variety of activities; from reception the friendly staff will help to arrange canoeing, quad biking, cultural visits and gastronomical tours. The magnificent views, varied activities and enchanting atmosphere of the hotel combine to offer you the ideal location for a peaceful, rural retreat. The hotel has a café, but does not have a restaurant. Just 2 km from the hotel there are plenty of restaurants and traditional cider houses, where you can enjoy the typical regional cuisine of the Asturias. From Madrid and South of Spain: -Continue on the A 6 until Benavente. -At Benavente, take the A 66 towards León. -After a few kilometres, you will find the road AP-66 towards Oviedo. -From Oviedo, continue on the N-634 and follow the signs for Santander until you reach Arriondas. - Once in Arriondas, take the detour towards Cangas de Onís on the N-625. -At Cangas de Onís, continue towards Covadonga and after 2 kilometres, take the detour on the left towards Cardes. From Galicia: - the best option, at Ribadeo, take the road N-632 towards Oviedo. From Cataluña and Valle del Ebro: -Continue on the motorway Zaragoza-Bilbao. Then take the motorway of Cantabria. At Bilbao, take the road A8 E70 until Santander. -At Santander, take the road A67 until Torrelavega. -At Torrelavega, take the road N-634-E70 until Ribadesella. -At Ribadesella take the exit 326 and continue on the road N-634 towards Arriondas. Once in Arriondas, take the detour towards Cangas de Onís, on the road N-625. -Follow directions as above. The hotel is located in the pleasant and idyllic rural area of Susierra, near the famous Picos de Europa mountain range and just 2 km away from Cangas de Onís, where you can admire the Roman Bridge, the church and the Indian-style houses. Due to the hotel??™s good location, you can easily access the Cave of the Santina and the Lakes.
