The apartment complex is located in a well-communicated, peaceful residential area that is just 500 metres from different coves and 1.5 km from La Mata and Los Locos beaches.

The accommodation is made up of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and sleep between 1 and 5 guests. Each is fully-equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, 2 or 3 terraces (some with sea views) and garage parking for 1 car.

There is a garden area within the complex where you will find the 2 swimming pools and a tennis court.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

200 metres from the complex heading down towards the sea you will find a bus stop which connects to La Mata (and its nature reserve) as well as Torrevieja??™s centre and central bus station.

A 5 minute walk will take you to shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the lighthouse. While a 5 minute drive will take you to the town centre, Aquatic Park, sports centre, shops, restaurants etc.
