Relax in the Mazury Lake District. We are located at the side of Lake Brożówka, in the vicinity of Kruklanki, on the border of Borecka Forest. Throughout the year we offer 3 apartments, which can accommodate 4 people, and are equipped with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, day room with fireplace and a bathroom. Our guests are also invited to use the garden, a jetty (excellent for fishing), swimming equipment, bikes and the garage. Every apartment has its own entrance and all possessions are guarded with a safety alarm.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Our manor-house is situated 1500 metres from the charming village of Kruklanki, 3000 metres from Borecka Forest and 12 kilometres from the centre of Giżycko.
