There is a fully equipped kitchen, where guests are welcome to prepare their meals. There is a shower in the bathroom. Providing free private parking on site, Las Adelfas villa is 80 km from Alicante Airport. Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. A safety deposit of EUR 600 is payable on arrival. The amount depends of the accommodation type and is indicated on the rental contract. This can be left in cash or by charge of credit card. We do not accept cheques Please note that the air conditioning and/or heating costs, charged in certain periods, are not included in the rate. Free consumption is limited to 20 m3 of water per week. Consumption over this limit will be charged against the safety deposit (EUR 3,20 + iva / m3).
