Located in Denia, Pinares Vera offers a communal outdoor pool and horse riding facilities. Apartments are a 20-minute drive from the Mediterranean coast, Las Marinas beach and Denia Harbour.

The accommodation includes 2 separate bedrooms with a TV and DVD player. There is a bathroom with a bath or shower and views of the pool or garden.

The AP-7 motorway can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and Pinares Vera offers free public parking. Denia tram station and ferry port are 10 km away.

Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is payable upon arrival. This will be returned 7 days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
