Guests should inform the property of their estimated time of arrival by using the the Special Requests box when booking or by contacting the property.

Please note that the 50% prepayment of the total reservation amount must be made by bank transfer before arrival. The property will contact guests directly for further details. The remaining 50% must be paid in cash on the day of arrival.

Please note that a security deposit of EUR 150 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the property.
