Our newly built apartment house Sunshine consists of 8 spacious and generously furnished apartments. All apartments face south and enjoy a beautiful and sunny panoramic location.

Located in the centre of the Klopeiner See holiday region, they are about 500 metres away from the eastern shore of the lake and its public bathing area. The family club “Sunshine” offers entertainment for children and adults. Your dog is welcome as well. The apartments are between 35 and 60 m² in size (90 m² with connecting door). The house also features a lounge, a children’s playroom, a small fitness room, a sauna and a bicycle shed. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person.

Tennis courts, a riding school, crazy golf courses, a surfing school, a roller skates rental, a bike rental and a diving school are located in the immediate vicinity of our apartment house. An 18-hole golf course is situated 3 km away, and a cycle path leads along our apartment house.
