The "Casa Tilgner" is a 4-room house with comfortable and rustic furnishings. Located 300 m from the sea and from the beach, it offers, for shared use, an angular swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.). It has a private garden with garden furniture and from the house you have a view of the garden.

There are 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with 2 beds (90 cm) and 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (150 cm). The living/dining room is equipped with a TV and air-conditioning.

The kitchen has an oven, ceramic glass hob, micro wave and an electric coffee machine. In the garden there is terrace furniture: barbecue, deck chairs (2). There is a washing machine.

Shops and a supermarket are within 1 km, a restaurant is at 350 m, bakers at 1 km, a café at 300 m, the sandy beach "Platja Cristal" also at 300 m. The Sports harbour is within 1 km.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

Please contact the Keyholder 1 week before arrival to communicate your expected arrival time. It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that a final cleaning fee of 21.20 EUR per person is not included in the price

- Bed linen and towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 13 euros per person.
