The 4-room apartment is 180 m2 on the ground floor. It is spacious and with comfortable furnishings in the country house style. There is a large balcony on a west facing position, it has a side view of the resort.

There are 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and 1 room with 2 beds. The large living/dining room includes an open fireplace, dining corner and satellite-TV. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven and dishwasher.

Located in the centre of Celerina, in the residential district, the house offers central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra) and communal covered parking. Shop and grocers are within 120 m, a restaurant is at 5 m, a bar and bakers are 150 m away, a café is at 10 m, an internet café at 150 m, just a 5 minute walk to the centre, the bus stop "Trais Flours" is 5 m away, the railway station "Celerina" is at 500 m.

There are walking paths from the house at 10 m, a cable cabin is at 1.5 km, the ski bus stop 5 m, a ski-kindergarten is just 1.2 km, a cross-country ski trail 20 m, childrens play area is at 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Corviglia 1 km. Hiking paths: In alle Richtungen 1 km. Please note that for fishing a permit is required.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

Please contact the Keyholder 1 day before arrival to communicate your expected arrival time.
