The living/dining room includes 2 sofa beds (80 cm, length 180 cm), satellite-TV and radio. The small kitchen (8 m2) is equipped with an oven and a dishwasher. There are 2 balconies, south-west facing position.

Located in the resort 600 m from the centre of St.Moritz-Bad, 850 m from the centre of St.Moritz-Dorf, in a sunny position, located by a road. In the house there is a lift, communal covered parking. Shops within 200 m, a restaurant at 400 m, a bus stop at 100 m, a indoor swimming pool is at 800 m, a mountain lift at 1 km, a cable cabin 1 km, a cross-country ski trail 1 km, and an ice rink 500 m away.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
