The 1-room apartment has an area of 40 m2 on the 1st floor, with cosy furnishings. Champfer is located 3 km from St. Moritz. The living/sleeping room includes 1 bed (160 cm), satellite-TV, flat screen TV and radio. The kitchenette in the entrance is equipped with 2 hotplates, oven, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, grill and with dining table (capsules for coffee machine are at an extra charge). In the house there is a washing machine (for shared use, extra). Grocers are at 250 m, a restaurant and bus stop are at 100 m. Chair lift is 1.5 km away, cable cabin at 3 km, and cross-country ski trail at 300 m. The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment. Please contact the Keyholder 1 day before arrival to communicate your expected arrival time. - A fully refundable security deposit of 300 CHF will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that a final cleaning fee of 52 CHF per person is not included in the price - Bed linen and towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 32 CHF per person.
