Villasimius is a self-catering accommodation located in Celerina/Schlarigna. The 4 room apartment is on the 3rd floor on a south facing position.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 room with 3 beds and 1 room with 2 beds and 1 double bedroom. The living/dining room with dining table and satellite-TV (flat screen TV), radio. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher and ceramic glass hob.

There is a large balcony with deck chairs (1) and a view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities include Internet (Dial up/ISDN, extra) and reserved parking, garage.

Celerina is 5 km from St.Moritz, the apartment is 150 m from the ski-run, located by a road. In the house there is ski storage, washing machine and tumble dryer (for shared use, extra).

Shops, grocers, restaurant, bar, bakers, café, internet café, bus stop "Cresta Palace", railway station "Celerina", cable cabin, rent a ski, ski bus stop, ski school, children`s ski school, ski-kindergarten, cross-country ski trail, ice rink and childrens play area are all located within 300 m.

Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Corviglia 1 km, Corvatsch 13 km. Please note: railway line 5 m from the property.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

Please contact the Keyholder 1 day before arrival to communicate your expected arrival time.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 CHF will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that a final cleaning fee of 27 CHF per person is not included in the price.

- Bed linen and towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 32 CHF per person.
