Located along the river, this holiday house offers a wooden environment and easy access to the turistic area of the Ardens.
On the one side, this detached cottage faces a street (not a very frequented one), this is also where you can park your car. On the other side, it boasts a private garden with the river beneath, a terrasse and a balcony. The place is quiet, there is only one other house on the other side of the river.

The house has been tastefully restored, with plenty of comfortable, neat rooms. Certain elements such as the stone walls, some old restored furniture, original parquet floors or the wooden staircase bring a real touch authenticity, which perfectly fits with holidays in the Ardens.
During spring and summer time, the terrace and the garden will be good places relax while in the winter, the living room and its fireplace will be a gathering point for the whole family.
Guests with young children must keep in mind that the river flows down the garden and that no barrier blocks the access to it.

The E42 highway exit is at 800 meters and allows you to easily reach the house as well as to get to Malmedy, Stavelot, the F1 circuit or the Eifel in Germany.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Final cleaning is own responsibility.
