This apartment lies at an altitude of 1180 meters above sea level on a southern slope in a beautiful, quiet location with panoramic views on mountains.

The apartment is located on the first floor, consists of two spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen, bathroom and a terrace. Another feature is a home lift and a carport. The apartment is suitable for wheelchair users. The landlord of the apartment operate in approx. 100 metres a guest house with a good cuisine.

There is a playground with petting Zoo and a llama farm. Directly from the House you get winter hiking trails and snow shoe tour ski routes. The ski bus stop is also just 100 metres away and so you get comfortable with the ski bus to the beautiful areas in the Montafon Valley.

The apartment is also an ideal starting point for walks, hikes and mountain bike tours in the summer.
