Hotel Bachwirt ***A three-star hotel situated in a centre of an the old town St. Gilgen, at the feet of the "Zwölfernhorn" (1552 meters above the ground level) – the Salzkammergut ski region. Only 400 meters from the hotel stretches a crystal clear Wolfgangsee lake – named after its patron, Mozart, whose mother was born and lived here. The hotel is run by the Polish family of Wota (owners of the castle in Nowęcin near Łeba). It consists of 27 wonderful rooms overlooking the beautiful mountains and the Zwölfernhorn.
