Retire an exhaustive day in one of the bedrooms, where two are furnished with double beds, two with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. The house is situated on a hilly location, you can savour the countryside atmosphere and the view from both inside and outside. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests need to bring their own kitchen linen. - Bed linen per packet is available for an additional cost of 7 EUR p.p./stay. - Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 3 EUR p.p./change. - Please note that the electricity fee of 0.23 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure. - Please note that the gas/oil fee of 0.95 EUR/Litre is not included in the room rate.
