It is on two levels and features a living room with a wood stove, an equipped kitchen, a garden, parking and four bedrooms for up to nine guests. After a wonderful exhaustive day, you can choose to sleep in one of the bedrooms which are situated on the ground or first floor. Freshen up before sleep with bubble bath in the bathroom. Outside, on the verandah or garden, you can sit and enjoy the beauty of the natural surroundings while having barbecue with your friends or family. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests need to bring their own kitchen linen. - Bed linen per packet is available for an additional cost of 7 EUR p.p./stay. - Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 3 EUR p.p./change. - Please note that the electricity fee of 0.23 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure. - Please note that the gas/oil fee of 0.95 EUR/Litre is not included in the room rate. - You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 7.50 EUR/night.
