There is a bathroom with shower and two separate toilets. Somme-Leuze has a wonderful view of the Ardennes foothills. Two rivers, the Somme and the Ourthe meander through the landscape. Somme-Leuze offers you all of the ingredients for a lovely holiday in the midst of natural surroundings. The village is located 10 km from Durbuy. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 125 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests need to bring their own kitchen linen. - Bed linen per packet is available for an additional cost of 7 EUR p.p./stay. - Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 3 EUR p.p./change. - Please note that the electricity fee of 0.23 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure.
