Charming chalet on one floor in a quiet location 500 m from the Ourthe. The salon has a wood stove which will warm you in the winter months. On the terrace you have a view of the Ourthe Valley. The garden at your disposal borders the house. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts. The wooden chalet has a cosy ambience. It has two bedrooms and is suitable for four guests.

It is 52 m2 in area which with a living room furnished with a hearth, TV and DVD player. An open plan kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with bunk bed. There is a bath and toilet.

The playground and children`s farm are near the house. In the summer your can make use of the specially manicured beach and the sun lawn. From there you can also put canoes in the water. There is a great deal of flora and fauna in the region. Enjoy the forests, the mushrooms and the game. In these surroundings you can really relax.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests need to bring their own kitchen linen.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 7 EUR p.p./stay.
