This home, adjacent to the main house, welcomes guests for a good holiday in a picturesque rural setting. It has three bedrooms, internet access and is suitable for up to six guests. The living room comes with a fireplace, TV and DVD player. The open plan kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher. All bedrooms are situated on the first and second floors of the home with separate bathrooms. For shared use: courtyard and garden with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Many footpaths pass close to the house. You will be able to take advantage of them to explore the beauty of the Condruz countryside: alternating wooded hillsides, green meadows and plains full of crops; small lakes and ancient farms. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests need to bring their own bath towels and kitchen linen. - Bed linen per packet is available for an additional cost of 6 EUR p.p./stay. - Electricity is included in the rental price. - Please note that the gas/oil fee (May-Sep) is included in the price and 5 EUR/night (Oct-Apr) is not included in the room rate.
