The home features a pool house with heated swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi. There are eight bedrooms and can accommodate a large group of up to twenty guests. The bedrooms are on the first floor, each with ensuite bathroom. Five rooms have each a double bed, one room with two single beds and a double bed and two rooms with a single bed and a double bed. On the ground floor is an equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher and a freezer, the living/dining room with TV, fireplace and DVD, the games room with a bar and billiards and a storage with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, there is a patio, play area and a private garden with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Parking, extra, is also available. Public transport, forest and cross country are within 100 m while restaurants are about 4.0 km away from the property. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 1000 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate.
