Tolifaz is a 5-bedroom holiday home, suitable for 9 people, located near the center of historic Spa.

The house features a large living room with fireplace, a PC with internet access, heating (central), patio (private), garden (shared with the owner), garden furniture, BBQ, pond, swimming pool (shared with the owner, heated, 8 x 4 m., opened from May upto and including Sep), Cot, high chair

There are numerous activities in the region: on Sundays there is the flea market in Spa, numerous hiking and biking trails are well marked and the old castles of Reinhardstein or Franchimont is rewarding.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 400 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- A final cleaning is mandatory, (EUR 50,-)

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.

- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 7.50 EUR p.p./stay.

- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 2.50 EUR p.p./stay.

- Please note that the electricity fee is 5 EUR/night

- Please note that the gas/oil fee of 10 EUR/night

- Please note that the water fee of 5 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.

- Please note that the environment fee of 1 EUR/garbage bag is not included in the room rate.

- Tourist tax is not included (EUR 1,- per person per night)
