This is a two bedrooms terraced house of 60 m2 on 2 levels, 5 km from the centre of Colares, 150 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac.

House in the first row from the sea by a cliff 70 m high, opposite the sea in the Parque Natural de Sintra-Cascais and in a protected area. Quiet and remote position, ideal for nature lovers and only 100 m from the dinosaur fossils.
Centre of Almocageme 3 km. Sintra, "Patrimonio de la Humanidad" 16 km. Cabo da Roca, most western point in Europe 6 km. Lisbon 40 km. The beach by car is 2 km. Beach "Praia das Macas" 4 km. Grounds are shared with another house.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.

Please note: The house is situated in a Nature Park, with a septic tank and no rubbish collection. It is therefore necessary to throw the rubbish and toilet paper into the public rubbish containers.
