This country house has two apartments and accommodates the owner. It`s located on a hill, south facing, surrounded by panoramic view of Doneau and the Alps. It is situated in the hamlet Unterberg with seven houses - 6 km. from the centre of Schaufling, 6 km. from the centre of Deggendorf and 12 km from the centre of Lalling, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, directly by the woods edge.

The three-room apartment of 75 m2, on the ground floor. The living/dining room has one double sofa bed, Swedish stove, satellite-TV and an exit to the garden, to the terrace. The one small bedroom, without window is equipped in 2 bunk beds. The other bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is equipped in an oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine. Terrace and its furniture are to your disposal.The house has a private entrance. Central heating is available. Parking is possible by the house.
For shared use are: grounds of 47`000 m2 with lawn, meadow, lawn sunning area, fireplace.
For a private use: barbecue.

The nearest shop is situated 6 km. away from the property, grocers 6 km., restaurant 2 km., railway station "Deggendorf" 7 km., outdoor swimming pool 8 km., indoor swimming pool 8 km.
A golf course (18 hole) is 7 km. away, tennis 7 km., ski lift 9 km., ski school 9 km., toboggan-run 9 km., cross-country ski trail 9 km. Please note: car is essential. The owner has a dog.
