This is a two bedrooms apartment of 106 m2, on the top floor, located in Neukirch 6 km from Furtwangen, this original listed Black Forest house, a former sawmill and bakery, has been elaborately and stylishly renovated and converted retaining it`s old character historical farm estate, built in 1652. Outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of Neukirch, in a secluded position, directly by the woods edge.

In the house there is a sloping ceilings , a satellite-TV, stereo unit and DVD, a patio. a washing machine, telephone, children`s highchair, cot. , free WIFI.

In the open kitchen there is an oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer and an electric coffee machine.

For shared use with the house is the grounds 3`500 m2, garden, lawn sunning area.

The Black Forest house is situated in the romantic and original "Hexenloch" (witch`s hole) with the well-known "Hexenloch mill" with it`s water wheel nearby, the adjacent grounds to the property have woods, open fields and a stream with a little waterfall - play paradise for children.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR cash will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- A final cleaning is included in the price.

- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
