Phoenix Palace Hotel ***Phoenix Palace Hotel is a three stars hotel in Beijing. Although our hotel is located in downtown area, our rooms are quiet as our hotel is next to the southern gate of Rendinghu Park. Forbidden City, Wangfujing Shopping Street and Olympic Village are all within 10 minutes by car. Summer Palace and Temple of Heaven are within 15 minutes by car. All the rooms have Cable TV and internet access. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged USD 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs USD 3.00 per person. Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. Rates quoted are in USD on our website. Upon check out at the hotel, charges will be in CNY and exchange rate from USD to CNY will be the daily exchange rate. Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate changes.
