Minotel Bellevue **Typical family run mountain hotel situated in a sunny location near the village centre with an amazing view of the mountains. Minotel offers free accommodation and breakfast for 1 child under 12 years old when sharing a room with 2 adults; other meals are to be paid at the hotel directly. In such a case, the client shall book a double or twin room and add a comment in the "comment box" for an extra bed for a child under 12, and not book a triple room. Two children under 12 travelling with adults (no matter if the adults are staying in a single, double or triple room) will be accommodated in a twin room and pay the price of a double room for single occupancy. If the booking is cancelled more than 2 days before the day of arrival, no charge applies. If the booking is cancelled from 2 days before the day of arrival on, the charge will be 100% of the whole stay. In case you would not arrive at the hotel, the charge will be 100% of the whole stay. The exits for San Bernardino are just 200 m before the Southern entry to the tunnel (6.5 km). Our hotel is on the left as you enter the village. San Bernardino can also be reached by rail on the comfortable trains of the Swiss Federal Railways from either Chur Station (70 km) or that of Bellinzona (48 km). Lugano-Agno Airport (75 km) is the closest domestic point of arrival. San Bernardino is the main Winter tourist centre of Italian Switzerland. It is located at 1626 m above sea level on the Southern slopes of the Alps. The certainty of snow and the rich Alpine flora make this village a favourite spot for Nature lovers and those in quest of peace.
