This accommodation is a 3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels, located in resort "Vakantiepark Posterholt" 10 km from Roermond and 2 km from the centre of Posterholt.

The accommodation offers an entrance hall with separate WC, an open living/dining room with sliding door with dining table and cable-TV, an open kitchen, a bathroom and two bedroom. The house accommodates four people.

The house has access to a garden with terrace and terrace furniture.

The swimming pool heated (01.05.-30.09.) and outside shower, tennis, children`s playground are for shared use. In the complex is a reception and restaurant.

Near the accommodation are: Supermarket 2 km, railway station "Roermond" 10 km, indoor swimming pool km, public bathing area 5 km. Golf course 5 km, sports centre 5 km.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer. Please leave your bank details with the key holder.
- Please note: car essential.
- Reception open from 09:00-17:30 hrs.
- You are allowed to bring 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 5 EUR/pet/night and an extra final cleaning of 17 EUR. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
