This 4-room home is 100 m2, simple and practical furnishings. It is located 500 m from the centre of De Haan, 1.5 km from the sea and the beach.

It has an open living/dining room with dining corner, TV, DVD and wood burning stove. It exits to the garden and the terrace. Its open kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, electric coffee machine and microwave. There is also a bathroom with bath/shower/WC.

Guests can enjoy the terrace and garden with terrace furniture.

For shared use there is a tennis with extra surcharge, paddling pool and children`s playground. In the complex there is a restaurant, bar.

Shop, bus stop are in 500 m, sandy beach 1.5 km. Golf course 500 m. Nearby attractions are Brugge 17 km, Plopsaland 50 km, Gent 65 km.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

Arrival must be within the specified times. The deposit will be returned by banktransfer ca. 3 week after departure. Please leave your bankdetails including BIC and IBAN with the keyholder.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required in cash upon arrival for damages.

- Please note that the initial supply of bed linen and towels is not included in the rate. For renting bed linen there is an optional extra cost of 7 EUR per person and for towels 5 EUR per person.
