Villa La Fiorita is a six-bedroom house 500 m2 on 2 levels, renovated in 2011 and is located 5 km from the centre of Arezzo, 65 km from the centre of Siena, 80 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 50 km from the lake. The villa sits on a 1 hectare fenced private property which offers an outdoor swimming pool with outside shower, garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Free internet (Wireless LAN) is available and the villa accommodates up to fourteen people.

The interior features on the ground floor include: an entrance hall, an open dining room, an open living room with open fireplace. Living/dining room, two double bedrooms and one room with 2 beds (140 cm). The ensuite double bedroom on the first floor has a small adjoining room with a child bed. A kitchen with 5 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine and pizza oven. Exit to the veranda. Bathrooms: bath/bidet/toilet, shower/bidet/toilet and a separate toilet.

On the upper floor: a large living room with satellite-TV, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the terrace. One double bedroom with sloping ceilings with shower/bidet/toilet. One double bedroom with sloping ceilings (ceiling height 155 - 270 cm). Living/dining room with on double sofa bed. Exit to the loggia.
