Appartamento B [Апартаменты]The apartment house with two storeys and a total of four apartments is situated in Alcamo Marina, 6 km from the centre of Alcamo and 500 m from the sea/sandy beach. The two-bedroom apartment of 90 m2 is located on the second floor, can accommodate up to five persons and offers a balcony with terrace furniture and deck chairs. The living room has a sitting- and dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven and freezer. There is one double bedroom and one room with three single beds. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and toilet. For shared use there is grounds of 2000 m2 and an outside shower. The house offers covered parking space. The distance to the grocers is 1 km. Excursions to Alcamo, Segesta, Erice, Trapani, Agrigento, Selinunte, Palermo and Monreale. Other recommended excursions to: Scopello, San Vito lo Capo. The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment. - A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - A final cleaning is included in the price. - Please note that the initial supply of bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. - Bed linen are available for an additional cost of 6 EUR/per person. - Towels are available for an additional cost of 6 EUR/per person.
