The four-room house has 2 levels and a practical furnishings.
The large living/dining room is equipped with a Swedish stove and satellite-TV (flat screen TV). On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms -all are air-conditioned. The kitchen is equipped in an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine. On the upper floor there is a one more bedroom with 2 single beds and one french bed, it is also air-conditioned.
Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4) are to your disposal.
Disabled facilities: Static Bike and Wheelchair. 6.5 km from the sea.
Private: garden 1`500 m2 with plants and flowers, swimming pool with privacy (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps. WC in the pool area, outside shower.

The restaurant is situated 1 km. from the property, sandy beach "Arenal" 6.5 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 5 km.
