The holiday home can be found 2km from the centre of Palau Savadera and 6km from the centre of Roses.

The accomodation contains a living/dining room with sofa bed and TV. The open kitchen has an oven, dishwasher and microwave. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

There is a 15m² terrace with terrace furniture and a 500m² garden.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is not included in the rental price and costs 13 EUR p.p/stay
