Fane is three-bedroom attic apartment 137 m2 on 2 levels situated in a 3-storey apartment block, 2.8 km from the centre of Llança, 400 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach, east facing position. It offers a private swimming pool on the ground floor of the building with access from the parking. It accommodates up to six people.

The living/dining room 45 m2 is with open fireplace, dining table, TV and warm air heating and an exit to the terrace. A large kitchen with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, grill and electric coffee machine. Exit to the terrace.

On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 150 cm), TV. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm) with bath/bidet/toilet and shower/toilet. Large terrace 84 m2 and garden 120 m2 with terrace furniture and deck chairs. You can enjoy a nice view of the sea and the countryside. A washing machine, dryer, iron and reserved parking are available.

Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, railway station "Llança" 3.8 km, pebble beach "El Cau del Llop" 800 m. - The initial supply of bed linen and towels, 13 EUR/person. Guests can bring their own.
