Ginesta Iv [Apartments]


Ginesta Iv is a two-bedroom apartment 75 m2, on the ground floor of the 3-storey apartment block "Ginesta IV" in Llançà, below carretera, in a quiet position, 200 m from the sea. It accommodates up to five people.

The living/dining room 25 m2 is with TV and warm air heating and exit to the terrace. One room with 1 french bed (1 x 150 cm), TV and exit to the terrace and one room with 1 bed (90 cm), 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm). The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave and freezer. Exit to the garden. Shower/toilet.

The terrace is 10 m2 and the garden is 18 m2 in area. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), washing machine and iron are available. You can also enjoy the view of the sea and the mountains.

Public parking on the road. Shop, shopping centre, restaurant 600 m, railway station "Llança" 1 km, pebble beach 600 m, bathing bay 200 m. Sports harbour 600 m, golf course (18 hole) 18 km, surf school, sailing school 600 m, tennis 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Cadaqués 16 km, Golf Peralada 18 km, Casino Peralada 18 km.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- A final cleaning is included in the price.

- The initial supply of bed linen and towels, 13 EUR/person. Guests can bring their own.

- It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.
