De Landerij **De Landerij is set in the village of Scherpenzeel in the province of Friesland, close to the natural reserve of De Weerribben , De Wieden and the Rottige Meenthe . De Landerij can welcome 22 persons and is also equipped with a bar, to spend some cozy evenings together! The house has 10 rooms, a recreation room , a fireplace, a patio and a garden with furniture, a table tennis and a barbecue. From the Landerij you can directly hop on your bike or in your canoo and it is also possible to take a boat trip. A beautiful fishing spot awaits you not far from the house. A great group accommodation in an excellent location with plenty of activities around! Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages and will be returned in maximum 14 days. A final cleaning of 195 Euro is not included in the price and it is mandatory. Bed linen are available for rent for an additional cost of 6 EUR p.p./stay. Bath towels are not included in the price, the guest should bring their own. Kitchen linen are included in the price.
