Het Goudmeer ***This comfortable two bedrooms chalet is located in one of the most beautiful forest and nature in Friesland, situated between Appelscha, Fochterloërveen and Drents Friese Wold. The park has two lighted all-weather tennis courts, a bowling alley and a sauna. The house has a private patio, a private garden with furniture and a parking. There is a natural place where you can swim where there is a private beach. Children can optimally enjoy the beach and especially for them there is also a play forest and a spacious playground. At the edge of the lake there is a restaurant with a terrace where you can have lunch and dinner overlooking the Goudmeer. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR (cash ) will be required upon arrival for possible damages. A final cleaning of 47.50 Euro is not included in the price and it is mandatory. Bed linen are required to rent for an additional cost of 6,25 EUR p.p./change. Bath towels are available for rent for an additional cost of 4,25 EUR p.p./change.
