Boerderij Het Veluws Hofje ****Ermelo is situated 7 km. south of Harderwijk. This beautiful, detached house is located in the small and calm park "Het Veluws Hofje", at the edge of Ermelo. The park consists of several detached houses and a few years ago, this farm was converted into a spacious and comfortable holiday home by the owner himself. The furnishing is luxurious and modern and the gas fireplace in the living room creates a wonderful atmosphere. The house is surrounded by a large garden (ca. 800 m), as well as a terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Don`t be surprised to see a peacock wandering about in the garden, because they are regular visitors of Het Veluws Hofje! Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price. - Required to rent bed linen for an additional cost of 6 EUR p.p./stay. - Kitchen linen is included in the price. - Bath towels are not included in the price.
