The natural garden 200 m2 with lawn sunning area 50 m2 and garden furniture is private. Above Patergassen, in the district of Rottenstein, 5 km from the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the countryside. Grocers 1 km, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km, thermal baths 5 km. Golf course 1 km, tennis 1.5 km, mountain lift 4 km.
