Firenze ***This new, cosy furnished apartment (1st floor, lift available) is situated approx. 500m from the beach on a domain with more apartment buildings. The flat has 1 bedroom and is suitable for 4 people of which two will be accommodate in the bed sofa in the living room. The apartment has a fully functional kitchen with a microwave and a dishwasher. You have access to a swimming pool that is shared with other guests. Only 7km from the bubbling town and sea: Oostende. Groot, communal swimming pool (10 x 18m, depth 1-1,5m) and 1 childrens swimming pool (both open half June half Sept.). There is a parking available on request agains a payment. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 125 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. - Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 15 EUR p.p./stay. - Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 6 EUR p.p./stay. - Please note that the electricity fee of 0,28 EUR/kWh (Nov-Mar) and 6 EUR/night (Apr-Oct)) is not included in the room rate. - Please note that the water fee of 6 EUR / m3 is not included in the room rate. - Please note that the compulsory service charges are for final cleaning.
