The house is located against a hill with a breathtaking view on the surroundings. The bungalow is easily accessible via a short staircase. The bungalow is carefully and functionally decorated, Coo, its impressive waterfalls, the attraction park Plopsacoo, various walking paths and restaurants, are only a short walk away from the holiday home. In summer you can enjoy the garden with furniture. From Coo you can get active outdoors with mountain biking, rafting and Nordic Walking. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR (cash ) will be required upon arrival for possible damages and will be returned in maximum 14 days. Bed linen are available for rent for an additional cost of 7 EUR p.p./stay Bath towels are available for rent for an additional cost of 5 EUR p.p./stay Kitchen linen are available for rent for an additional cost of 3 EUR p.p./stay Please note that the electricity fee and water fee are not included in the room rate.
