A stones throw from a swimming lake and directly next to a beautiful wellness complex, this small scale holiday park with 12 cottages is just north of historic Bayreuth. The area is very spacious (40,000m2) and has two playgrounds and a large lawn for football and ball sports. In addition, the swimmer can cool off and you have wonderful hiking routes in the summer, and if the snow conditions are good, only 2 km from the house there are two runs on the Ochsenkopf (1100 meters) with snow cannons. There is something to do at any time of year.

The house is 110m2 and has 4 bedrooms suitable for 4 people. The kitchen is fully functional as well as a completely furnished living room. There is a large private roofed patio and a large private garden that is furnished. The garden offers many activities such as a play area for kids and with possibilities to barbeque.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests are required to rent bed linen and bring own bath towels and kitchen linen.

- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 5 EUR p.p./stay.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 12 EUR / night is not included in the room rate.

- Electricity and water are included in the rental price.
