The light décor at Alveloftet reflects its seaside location, with bright walls and tiled flooring. Guests have a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine. The sleeping areas consist of one bedroom and one sleeping loft.

Grimstad is home to the Ibsen Museum, in honour of the famous Norwegian author. The town also has shops and restaurants for dining out.

Alveloftet is just 500 metres from Groos outdoor area and beach, while other area activities include hiking and fishing. There is also a children`s play area in the cottage`s garden.

Kristiansand Kjevik Airport is 35 minutes’ drive from the property, while Arendal is only 20 km away.

Please note that the owner takes a cleaning deposit for each stay. Guests must carry out the final cleaning in order for the cleaning deposit to be returned.
