This holiday home can be found in the quiet town of Birgel.

The 120m² accommodation contains a living room, kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom and recreation room on the ground floor. The first floor offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The house has a spacious garden with access to a walking trail.

Birgel can be a starting point for hikig and biking trails in the area. Tourist towns as Gerolstein (known for the mineral water) and Hillesheim are nearby, as well as the Nürburgring circuit.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required in advance for possible damages.

- Please note that bed linen and bath towels are not included in the price and guests must bring their own. Kitchen linen are included.

- Electricity fees are included in the rental price.

- Please note that the gas/oil fee of 15 EUR/night (Nov-Mar) is not included in the room rate.

- You are allowed to bring max. 2 pets with you for no additional cost. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
