The various types of villas. mainly detached and newly built. are spread over the holiday resort. All villas are fully furnished and comfortable with a modern interior. They all have a garden with terrace and garden furniture. Some of the villas have a view of the golf course.The bungalows are capable for max 4 adults and 2 children.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of EUR 65 will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
Groups, if not traveling as a family, will be charged EUR 50 deposit per person.

- The final cleaning has to be done by the guests. Alternatively, final cleaning service can be requested at an extra charge of EUR 73.

- Bed linen are available for an additional cost of EUR 8,50 p.p./change.
- Please note that kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests need to bring their own.

- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
