This unique former factory building is almost at the highest point in Auerbach. It was completely renovated by its Dutch owners and made into beautiful group accommodation. The building has a living space of no less than 1000m2. It is on a spacious plot of land with an excellent view of Auerbach. Very good situated for a wintersport holiday near the skiarea Schöneck and Klingenthal. The ground floor contains a comfortable bar/lounge. a play area with pool table and air hockey.

There is also a spacious dining room and a professionally equipped kitchen with a number of ovens and fridges. A medium sized group can book this eight bedrooms on the first floor.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

A fully refundable security deposit of 900 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property. Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 6.5 EUR p.p./stay.

Please note that the electricity fee of 0,35 EUR/kWh and gas fee 1 EUR/ m3 are not included in the room rate.
