On the ground floor it offers living room, an equipped kitchen and bedroom; on the 1st floor, it offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; on the 2nd floor, it offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also has basement, balcony and central heating. You can go for walks start from the house, and paragliding is available in the Medieval village of Linhares (26 km). There are a number of towns to visit as well, including Viseu (45 km) and Coimbra (96 km). Good place for groups wanting to get together either for a holiday or for work (large meeting room on the terrace level). You can find center, forest, public transport and restaurant in 1.0 km. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of € 600 will be required upon arrival for damages. -Bath towels and kitchen linen are not included in the room rate.
